Castello di Albolais located in the authentic heart of Tuscany, in the municipality of Radda in Chianti, a region renowned for its rich history, tradition, art, culture, and unforgettable landscapes. The Chianti Classico area, stretching between Siena and Florence and symbolized by the Black Rooster, is world-famous for its winemaking heritage, which has given birth to some of the most celebrated wines worldwide.
In 2023, the UnitàGeograficheAggiuntive (UGA) were introduced, dividing the Chianti Classico into 11 smaller and more homogeneous areas designed to highlight local winemaking specificities and to strengthen the bond between wine and its territory. Radda, one of these UGAs, is the cradle of Castello di Albola, which has always acknowledged the importance of the land it inhabits and actively promotes its value.
