Today, Castello di\u00a0Albola\u00a0covers\u00a0<\/span>900 hectares, 110 of which are planted with vineyards<\/span><\/b>,\u00a0located\u00a0at\u00a0<\/span>altitudes ranging from 400 to 680 meters<\/span><\/b> above sea level. Here, the ideal microclimate, significant temperature variations, and altitude contribute to the creation of outstanding wines, nationally and internationally recognized as <\/span>Wines of Altitude<\/span><\/b>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

On soils of <\/span>alberese<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>galestro\u00a0<\/span><\/b>we cultivate the flagship grape variety of Chianti Classico,\u00a0<\/span>Sangiovese<\/span><\/b>, found in our historic vineyards of Capaccia, Selvole, Madonnino, Ellere, Marangole, Sant\u2019Ilario, and Mondeggi.
<\/span>Alongside it, other native Tuscan varieties such as <\/span>Malvasia<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Trebbiano<\/span><\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In the vineyards of\u00a0<\/span>Poggio alle Fate<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Acciaiolo<\/span><\/b>, international varieties such as <\/span>Chardonnay<\/span><\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span>Cabernet Sauvignon<\/span><\/b>\u00a0thrive, giving life to wines with a unique and distinctive character.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
